Painting Is The Best Therapy



Have been stressed out this week that I forget about the good days, most of the times when things don't go the way we want we become ungrateful.
Today I sat down in front of my canvas not knowing what to paint because of the heaviness in my heart, but I knew I needed to paint because that is the only way to get better, after few minutes of sitting down and just staring at the canvas, a thought just came to my mind that I should be greatful and happy and think about the beautiful days, immediately I became happy and started painting how I feel, even without concluding on what to paint, I just go with the flow.
As I was painting the leaves with pallet knife and the flowers with my drush I felt joy in my heart, making me realise painting is the best therapy for me.

Materials: Acrylic paint, brush, pallet knife, board, pallet, and canvas.
