Hello Steemians back with another drawing, connected with this piece and would be sharing my steps and processes below
Step 1: started with my sketch and started shading the face at this stage, I use a close cross hatching for my pen drawings
Step 2: I was done with the face, eyes, nose, ear and mouth , I would say I really enjoyed drawing this piece
Step 3: Worked on the beard next at this stage which I would say was a little bit tedious and confusing for me because the reference had a yellowish tinted beard and not sure I have ever done that but I did the best I could to depict it.
Step 4: proceeded with working on the neck ,this was quite easy I would say
Step 5: worked on the shoulder and armless at this stage
Step 6: Lastly worked on the face cap at this stage 🤠 , didn't know why but I tried as much as possible to detail it extensively
At this stage my drawing had come to an end and I really hoped u liked and enjoyed the process 👍🏼
One needs to take a bit of time to see what you actually did. As I notice you started with the face and as I understand you added extra details in the end. That yellow beard turned out well.
Is this a pen drawing?
