Inktober Day 11/12 - yall wanna see some skulls?

So i missed yesterdays, and goddamn did i make up for it today.

First a continuation of the ongoing shenangins of Higgins McClutter

Yes thats the name im going with.

Mostly pretty good if you ignore the disappearing right hand, the hilt was supposed to be longer with the hand believeably hidden in it, then that didnt happen because i dont know how to forshorten....lol.

Then get a load of this fuckin thing

The Cranial Vortex.

I got to thinking about an antagonist for McClutter, a rival.

I figured if McClutters deal is that he cant hold onto his head, it makes sense his opposite has the opposite problem, his head is too stuck to himself.
This idea was then took that problem to a ludicrous extreme. And i freaking love the result.

I was proud enough of this idea to capture it as i drew it, so for once i can show the process of making this thing.

Sometimes i draw inktober things without some pencil sketching first, fuck no i wasn't going to do that with over 20 overlapping skulls.

Still cant believe i ink this without messing up and having some skulls clipping into each other.

... i dont have an insightful or witty comment for this one.

I actually managed to draw this whole thing with referring to an anatomy chart this time, iv successfully internalized the human skeleton.
Pun absolutely intended.

Leading to the final result again.
Think i might have gone a little to ham on the shadows but its not a huge thing.

Welp, the rest of inktober is gonna be all downhill from here!
