Are you more creative at night?

Night owl or early bird, that is the question.
Generally night owls find it easier to work in the evening/night hours when they have more energy available...while morning persons prefer to work during day time.
There has never been any proof about the statement that your energy level might depend on the time you were born.
I don't know about night owls being more intelligent, counterbalanced by some attitude problems...and night being more important for the creative process...

So if at the end of the day you feel like just getting started, enjoy yourself...and if you feel like sleeping just go ahead, otherwise somebody else will dream your dreams.

Let's say that between early birds and night owls there has always been the question about who's a more efficient person...but this seems to me a useless question especially since the increase of flexible working hours every bird gets his chance...as long as you make sure not being an exhausted pigeon.

The more you practise the luckier you get

Cool art, man!

I’m a night owl by nature but, by conditioning, am finding that (after an hour or so of shaking off dreams) I have more focus/energy in morning, too.

The night is for dreaming with my eyes open, creativity and meditation 🙏🏼

...this sums it up very nicely.
