Here is his chart:

Starmer has a Yod: Mars at 7 Cancer sextile Uranus at 1 Virgo, Sun at 9 Virgo, Pluto at 10 Virgo, all quincunx his Saturn at 6 Aquarius.

Transiting Pluto is at 2 Aquarius, conjunct the focal point of the Yod (Saturn).

Saturn is responsibility. Pluto is transformation. Pluto is also a malefic, so the transformation will be painful.

It could mean taking power in difficult circumstances. It could also mean the end of his period as leader of the Labour party. Either way, it means change.
