Just to be clear, you are under no obligation in the legal sense to provide a source for a CC0 image from Pixabay or anywhere else. But it is best practice while posting on Steem blockchain to provide attribution in form of a source link for the image anyway at the end, so that a reader here doesn't have to wonder if you had permission to use the image or not.
