양파 특유의 '알리신' 성분 때문에 혀끝이 아리거나 코가 뻥 뚫리는 듯한 매운맛이 강하네요.
하지만 수분이 가득 차 있어 씹을 때 '아작' 소리가 날 정도로 경쾌합니다.
