Bad Santa

Billy Bob Thornton plays Willie, who every year gets a job as a shopping mall Santa so that he can rob the store on christmas night when the safe is full to the brim with the christmas takings. Willie is an alcoholic whose addiction is making it harder and harder for him to function and perform his criminal activities (cracking safes), his partner Marcus has had enough.

Willie befriends a sad, lonely little boy, who visited him at the store and thinks he is Santa. The little boy only has an old grandmother to look after him, but she can barely look after herself. As the movie progresses, Willie, Who has never cared about anyone, not even himself, takes a real liking to the kid, I think its because he can see his younger self in the kid, a lonely outsider. Hijinks ensue and we have one of the funniest christmas movies ever.
