Let's bake a cake: Gluten Free Oatmeal Brownies
This is something to bake quickly without too many steps and ingredients. Very chocolatey and no flour needed. Perfect for those who avoid gluten.
To bake the cake you need:
250 gr. Butter
200-250 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate
200 gr Almond or Hazelnut Meal
5 Large eggs
150 gr Oatmeal
150 gr Confectioners Sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Baking powder
100 gr. Chopped Nuts
Topping: (I skip this)
200 gr choco chips and 60 ml heavy cream
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter and dark cooking Chocolate in microwave on high. Stir every 30 second until the mixture is smooth. Let coll for 5 minutes.
Mix together all the dry ingredients.
Whisk in eggs into the chocolate mixture until fully blended then fold in the dry ingredients.
Mix just until combined. Pour onto a butter coated baking pan.
Bake for 40-60 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
