Communism:

a theory or system of social organization in which all property is owned by the community and each person contributes and receives according to their ability and needs.

Basic Income:

A basic income (also called basic income guarantee, citizen's income, unconditional basic income, universal basic income (UBI), basic living stipend (BLS) or universal demogrant) is typically a form of social security or welfare regime, in which all citizens (or permanent residents) of a country receive a regular, liveable and unconditional sum of money, from the government. The recipient is not required to work or look for work, and the payment is given independent of any other income.

These are not the same thing. Calling them the same thing is just a convenient way to dismiss it.

Hi, I think you should get better informed.
Comunism is just
another kind of thing.

communism is the massive redistribution of wealth, same as bacis income.

That's not the definition of communism. Redistribution of wealth is a broad concept and a widespread phenomenon that happens in any system that involves taxation. All capitalist economies without exception have so far involved redistribution of wealth to some degree or another.

Do you not think that it is at least one solution to the problems facing humanity going forward? Machines and technologies like blockchain will replace many jobs and unfortunately the possibilities to earn money in the current way will not exist.

Hi Daniel,
I AM SURE. The recognition problem facing UBI is based on poor understanding of human potential.
The psyco-social implications of ending material misery-drodgery, will take us one big step forward as a specie.
The market economy has downgraded "greatly the anthropological view of ourselves. Once we fix this material misery, we´ll fix moral misery. "one step at a time"
