Basic Attention Token, the Brave Browser, and the Uphold Wallet

So I've been using the Brave browser since it launched. I actually purchased a small bag of BAT tokens prior to installing the browser. After I got an idea on how to use it I quickly added those tokens to my profile on the Brave browser. I was super stoked about the Brave browser program and the possibilities it had. Unfortunately I didn't realize there was NO withdrawal of my newly added tokens from the browser. They did make a PSA that eventually users would be able to remove their BAT token, but never really gave a timeline. I didn't like the idea of having my currency locked up, but once again I was excited on the possibilities the Brave browser had. Over time they added the Uphold wallet and the verification process would allow users to withdraw their funds.

Fast forward to the current time... I have numerous rewards on my mobile device and my desktop browser. Unfortunately I still can not remove my tokens from the browser. I've done the wallet verification via UPHOLD and have patiently waited for my Tokens however, still no luck. I see my rewards and I can use the toggle to withdraw funds, but my BAT will not transfer over. It shows a balance of 0.00 on the Uphold wallet. I've done a web search and have read many others with the same issues. I'm not having any luck with the process or with the Brave team of getting my rewards. It's very unfortunate and frustrating to have this issue.
