The dairy game

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu

How are you all? I hope that by the grace of God, everyone is well. I am also well by the grace of God. I will share with you how my day went, Insha Allah.

Today at four in the afternoon I went to the market. The market in our area always opens in the afternoon, so all the fresh things are available at this time.

On the way into the market, I saw a man sitting on a red mat. In front of him were some folded clothes. I know they were lungis and gamchas. Next to him were piles of thick blankets and big pillows. Winter is coming, so these sell well now. Two old men were sitting next to him talking, and a bicycle was standing.

Then I went straight to the vegetable market. Seeing the vegetables made my heart skip a beat. How fresh! A brother was sitting on the ground selling vegetables. In front of him were long cucumbers, bright red tomatoes, young gourds, and sweet pumpkins. The vegetables were very green and fresh. Small onions and white garlic were kept aside. I saw him weighing the vegetables for a buyer and filling them in a bag. I am sure that the vegetables were picked from the field this morning.

After buying vegetables, I went to the fish market. As soon as I approached the fish, I could smell a wet smell. There, I saw large pangasius fish and rui fish spread out. The scales of the fish were shining. The fish were very fresh. A fishmonger was sitting on a wooden stool. A red bowl was placed in front of him. He was getting ready to cut the fish. One or two other people were there asking about the price of the fish.

I bought all the fresh things I needed and filled them in my bag. I found all the good things in the market today. When I was returning home with the bag full of market, it was almost evening. I heard the crowd of people in the market and the sounds of shopping. Today was a great day.

Overall, today was a great day💫
