this is me @asm-khan i hope you all are good and fine so today i am goaing to Warm gretings to everyone and best wishes to all participants of Steemit Learning Challenge Season 27 - Week 2. and first i will thank all and to @steemitblog and the contest team for which geven us such interesting wekly topics. And every challenge which we learn and they teachs us something new and this week theme “Desserts from Milk” which made me really excited because I love making sweet dishes at home.and that is my favorit task so i will do definetly

Introduction to Desserts:

Desserts have a special place in evry meal. No matter how full we are there is always a litle space left for something sweet. They bring smiles create happy moments and make family time more joyfull. In our culture desserts are also a part of every celebration and from Eid to birthdays and family gatherings.

There are alot and diferent types of desserts like as cakes pudings custards and ice creams. But those made from milk are always extra special. Milk gives a smooth and creamy texture and its healthy too and full of clcium and energy. Some famous milk desserts in our country are kheer sheer khurma firni ras malai and of course custard.

For this challenge I decidded to make a homemade Custard Trifle — a colorful dessert that looks beautiful and tastes heavenly. It’s a lovely combination of cake fruits and milk custard layerd together.

Dessert

when you want to make dessert so try custard trifle which is one of my milk desserts because its easy to make and always delicious in taste. and also itt is light fruity and perfct for any occasion especialy when suddently guests come amd you have short period of time so then just go and prepare it

Ingredints:

Fulfat milk which is 1 liter
Custard powder which just ned 4 tablespons
Sugar will as per taste
Cake slices and plain or sponge cake
Fruits will banana apple grapes you can use other fruit as well
Nuts which is optional depends on you
Fresh cream add 2 tablespoons
These are simple ingredient easily avilable in every kitchen.

Prepare the Custard:

you have to take one litr of milk in a pan and put it to a boil. and addd sugar according to your taste. In a small cup mix custard powder with a few spons of cold milk to make a smooth paste. Then sloly pour this mixture into the boiling milk while stirring continuously.

and after that you have to keep the stiring until it became thickenss and creamy. and when it became creamy and thik it will spread little sweet smell of warmed the custard fills . and when it reachs a good determining remove it from the stove and leave it for short time to become it cool a litle.

Prepare the Tray:

Take a clean glass dish or tray. You can also use small cups if you want to serve individually. Keep the tray dry and ready for layering.

Step 3: Pour the First Layer

Pour a small layer of custard at the bottom of the tray. This will form the base and help the next layers stick nicely.even wehn you put more custrad it will mixed with each others

Step 4: Add Cake and Fruits

Now you have to add slices of cake to covr the custard base. and then add chopped fruits like banana apple and graps. You can chose any seasonal fruits you like. Repeat the layers: cake fruits and again a litle custard. This layering makes the dessert look colorful and tempting.

Combination and Mix:

when you done all the layrs are done pour the remaining custard on the topp. and gently mixing with a spon so the custard spreads on and evenly and the cake soaks up the to the flavor. and this type the mixture becomes soft and creamy and just the rigt texture for a perfect trifle.

After that you should now decorat the tray top with nuts or any fruit you have and cut the fruit slices and also add a spoon of cream. You can also ad jelly and also chocolat chips if you want to make it look more atractive.

and you should place the tray in the fridge for 1 to 2 hour. When its cold and chiled the custard will sets beautifuly and their flavors combine perfctly. And it will be ready to serve and enjoy

Making this desert was a fun and relaxing experiance. I love how simple ingredients like such as milk fruits and cake can convert into something so delicious. The trifle loked colorful and tasted amazing. Everyone in my family enjoyd it and asked for more

Milk basd desserts are always lovely and special because they are both healty and tasty. I believe desserts made at home have a different kind of love and freshnes that no bakery can match.

I relly enjoying this desserts which made from milk because they are creamy rich and my favorite also and full of flavor. i am out of my home and currently in hostel so when i remember my sweet memory so it must a especialy dishes like kheer ras malai and custard that I often making for my family. and this week I decidded to make a custard trifle and a simple yetdelicious desert made with milk cake and fruits. It became so colorful and refreshing. Their process was easy I just had to be careful while coking the custard and you have to keep it smooth and free of lumps. I loveto making this dessert on special occasions like Eid family gatherings and also when guests come because it looks beautiful tastes amazing and everyone enjoys it especialy when its served chiled.
