Whether the pain is in the head or in the mind, you have to bear your own pain.
Hello, friends. How are you all? To be sincere, all of us pretend to be pleasant. Let's proportion something approximately our lives. We smile, speak, and work outside; however, somewhere inside, we conceal a piece of pain. No one knows, no one desires to understand. Whether the ache is in the head or within the mind, in the long run, we must endure it ourselves.

Every person in our lives has experienced pain in some way or another. Some have lost a loved one, some have had their dreams shattered, and some have simply lost their own quiet heart. But one thing is certain: no one can understand even half of our pain. People ask, “What happened?”, but there are very few people who really want to hear the answer to “What happened.”
This is absolutely true, our headache can be cured with medicine, but there is no medicine for the pain of the heart. It is cured with time, with patience, with one's own words. Many times one thinks, "Why me?", but the answer is simple. Because in this world, everyone is busy with their own struggle in some way or the other. So, in the end, we have to bear our own pain, our own suffering, everything alone.
However, I believe that pain is never a horrific aspect. Pain makes us human. Pain teaches us who to accept as true and who not to believe. Pain teaches us how powerful silence can be. We can perceive within ourselves whilst there is nobody around.

Today, you may be in pain, heartbroken, and not feel like smiling. But remember, this time too will pass one day. You will smile, feel good again, and start anew. Because no matter how deep the pain is, you are stronger than it.
So I think you should never hide your pain, just accept it calmly. Love yourself, because you are not alone. Every person is living with their own pain in some way or the other, just some silently, some loudly.
