Dear friends, I hope you are all well. I am also Alhamdulillah, by Allah's countless mercy, doing very well. The 32th season contest is ongoing, and in this season, in the fourth week, dear brother @oswaldocuarta has discussed a beautiful topic. I will sincerely thank him because he has given us such an opportunity, and we want to present this topic very beautifully, so let's go.

Dear friends, the shop I am going to talk about, that is, the restaurant or hotel, is called Gram Bangla Hotel and Highway Student. That is the name of this restaurant. If I talk about its location, I would say that it is located in Faridpur district of Bangladesh, specifically in Bakunda area, right by the main road in Faridpur Sadar. I am showing a picture of the restaurant from a distance.

This is mainly for the locals and, most importantly, for the passengers. It’s located by the highway, and big long-distance vehicles stop here for passenger breaks. Especially buses and large coaches traveling long distances stop here for a break, where people can eat and rest. Mostly, these are the vehicles traveling from North Bengal down to the southern regions, from Rajshahi to Barisal. They take their breaks here.

I have never been to this restaurant before; in fact, this is my first time coming here. I came in with the intention of eating and drinking first, and then I wrote a few reviews. The interior ambiance isn’t too bad, I found it fairly good. The condition of the chairs and tables and the service arrangements are good. Also, there are various washrooms here, starting from the bathroom, which are completely free for travelers whether they eat or not. There are some decorations here that I am sharing below through pictures, which is a really nice aspect of the restaurant.

I kinda liked quite a few things, especially since these are travelers and they should be given good food and good arrangements. Otherwise, probably no car would stop here, and if no car stops, the restaurant won't do well either. Anyway, I liked the food here, but to me, the prices of the food didn't seem very good. Below, I'm presenting a list of food quality and the price of each dish.

The taste of the food can't really be understood in just one try, but I didn't eat here because the prices are higher compared to other restaurants. Because of that, I didn't buy anything from here. Still, a few people I know, who are my fellow travelers, said that the prices here are very high and the food isn’t good. From what I could gather, this restaurant didn’t seem to be of very high quality according to customer reviews. I shared a small video below.

Here you can find all kinds of food, from high quality to low quality. My favorite food is rice and curry. Here, I’ve seen most customers go for curry because this place takes a break from serving meals at night. During this time, you can’t get fried chicken or restaurant food, and people don’t eat much then. If you ask me, rice with curry and whatever Bengali dishes you like can be considered one of the best options here.

2_. Si el dueño te dejara cambiar el nombre de su platillo más famoso por uno más divertido que describa su sabor real, ¿cómo lo bautizarías tú?

The name the owner has given and the way the shop is operating right now have nothing to do with each other. The shop is called Gram Bangla, Gram Bangla as the common people and our mother tongue, Bangla, say. 'Gram' means ordinary people, healthy people, and they are simple folks. But the owner is not dealing fairly with such ordinary people who speak Bangla. Even then, if the owner asks me to correct it and give it a new name, I would definitely suggest 'Sotota Restaurant.' 'Sotota' means honest and justice-loving.

To be honest, it's hard to verify the exact information and quality just by looking once, but this is what I felt. The quality here is good, and the environment is nice too, but everyone seems to say that compared to other places, the food here is expensive. So, I would definitely say this is very important because people care a lot about it. And that's why I rated the hotel's food quality lower.

To make the hotel business thrive and to keep customers coming back, you have to be a seller with affordable prices. We are just ordinary people; we understand business to some extent and know our own finances. We're not so naive that we can't figure out if the prices here are higher or lower compared to others. So, I would say focus on improving the mindset and doing business honestly with others.
