The smallest mosque in the world is Tarapur
"Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem"
This is @tammanna from #Bangladesh.
Today, I visited a very old and historically significant place in the countryside of Naogaon city. It is very interesting. Along with visiting this place, there is a very joyful incident. I will discuss everything in detail in my post today, and like me, you will be surprised to learn that I have the full story of this historic place.
Before going towards Atrai in Naogaon city, Tarapur is an area. It is a very rural area and is known as a village area due to its location some distance from the city. All the signs of a rural area are observed here, and there is a lot of land where various rice and wheat plants are planted along with crops.

But the most interesting and enjoyable thing is that there is a historical fact here that I knew about a long time ago, but never had the opportunity to visit. But today I went to see it with everyone. There is a small mosque in the Tarapur area.
Many of us might understand that when we say a small mosque, the size of the mosque is small, but the name does not mean anything. The mosque here is so small that only three people can pray here. This is very interesting, and it is very good to hear, so I was very interested to know the whole story.
I have learned from an old grandfather here that several years ago, i.e., 50 to 60 years ago, there was a man living here who thought of inventing a mosque, but since it was a long time ago, there were no facilities to establish a mosque there, and due to the financial crisis, no one tried to build a mosque.
But because of that man's strong will, he bought some bricks and soil with the money he had saved in his life and there with the bricks and soil he built a small hut-like house and built a small dome on top of the mosque and created a situation where only three people could pray here and from then on people started praying there but I couldn't remember the name of that man exactly.
But as soon as the man died, the number of people visiting there decreased, and the number of prayers also decreased. However, due to the construction of many modern and large mosques day by day, the importance of that mosque decreased. Therefore, this mosque is now considered an ancient mosque, and many people, along with old mud houses, have surrounded the mosque with overgrown trees.
There is no place to clean, and the inside of the mosque is very dirty. In addition, there is a box like a post office outside the mosque where anyone can drop a letter if they have any complaints. Also, because there are a lot of trees and bushes here, it is becoming overgrown, so people do not go there much.

The dilapidated condition of the mosque's surroundings
So it remains as a historical monument, and people from far and wide come to visit this small mosque, i.e., the place where these three people pray, i.e., it can be said that it is the smallest mosque in the world, and everyone appreciates it very much. Also, seeking the government's attention, many are trying to reopen this mosque and make it worthy of prayer again, which will truly prove to be a great work.
