From my third visit, Elok HP gave a positive impression. The shop is clean, well-organized, and the phones are neatly displayed in glass showcases. Customers are free to check the phones directly, test them, and ask questions. The sellers are friendly, patient, and honest when explaining phone conditions, specifications, and prices.

Second -Vivo V40
Just recently, I had a great experience at Elok HP. On 13 November 2025,I bought a second-hand Vivo V40 with a condition that looked almost like new.
The Payment
The price was IDR 4,000,000, which I found very fair. At the same time, I sold my Vivo V30 to the store for IDR 3,000,000. In the end, I only needed to add IDR 1,000,000 to upgrade to a newer phone. The transaction process was fast, transparent, and very satisfying. I used bank transfer atvthat time.
Besides buying and selling phones, Elok HP also offers smartphone repair services. If your phone is damaged, has battery issues, screen problems, or software errors, you can fix it here. The technicians work carefully and professionally, making this shop a complete solution for smartphone users.
