Assalamu'alaikum my stemian friends, Nice tk greet you all. Today I would like ti share my little story.
Early in the morning, I was on the way to Banda Aceh. I was taking my son, Adib, back to his pesantren. The road was quiet, and after Subuh prayer, I decided to stop for coffee. I chose Cek Min Kupi in Sigli.
Cek Min Kupi is one of the biggest cafes in Sigli. The location is very strategic, right on the Sumatra main road. It is easy to find, and the parking area is very wide. For travelers like me, this is a big plus.
Front space
The first thing I noticed was the atmosphere. The cafe is spacious and clean. There are indoor and outdoor seating areas. The open-air design makes the place feel fresh and comfortable, especially in the morning. The tables are neat, and the lighting is warm. Even though it is a big cafe, it still feels calm and relaxing.
Inside view
The facilities are complete. There are many tables for families, friends, or people who come alone. The prayer time atmosphere is respected, and after Subuh, the cafe feels peaceful. This place is also suitable for long stops, meetings, or just resting during a long journey.
Nasi Guri for Breakfast
The menu at Cek Min Kupi is very varied. In the morning, there are simple breakfast options. You can find nasi guri, fried snacks, and traditional cakes. There is also wrapped rice. The price for "nasi guri" start from IDR. 12.000 to 25.000 depend on the menu you like.
Bu Prang
There are also another choice for breakfast. "Bu prang "The price is very affordable, only IDR 6,000 . Local people call it “bu prang”, which means a simple and practical breakfast. It is perfect for travelers who want to eat quickly before continuing their journey.
Food Outlets still closed in the morning
In the afternoon and at night, the menu becomes more complete. There are many food choices such as nasi Padang, mie Aceh, satay, and fried rice. With many food options available all day, this cafe is not only good for coffee but also for full meals. You can stop here anytime, morning, noon, or night, and still enjoy good food.
Hot Sanger and Warm Water
Now let’s talk about the coffee. I ordered a hot sanger. The taste was premium and balanced. The price is 10.000 k, It was smooth, not too sweet, and not too bitter. The aroma was strong, and the warmth of the coffee was perfect for the early morning. You can feel the quality in every sip. This is the kind of coffee that makes you relax and enjoy the moment.
Cek Min Kupi also has many menu choices. There are various coffee drinks and non-coffee options. This makes it easy for everyone to find something they like. Whether you love strong coffee or light drinks, this place has it.

Actually, I wanted to share the full menu list at Cek Min Kupi, but everything here is very practical. Even though the cafe is big, the service is fast and efficient. You don’t have to wait too long for your order.
The prices are also affordable. This place is friendly for everyone, not only for coffee lovers but also for travelers and families. You don’t need to worry about stopping here because the food and drinks are worth the price.
