Old Traditional Houses along the Bangkok River Canal !!

When ever i am in Bangkok i always like to take a ride along the Bangkok canal in Thai it's known as the Khlong Saen Saep Canal it avoids all the hustle and bustle of the city traffic traveling along this canal by taxi boats and cheap as , you can get on and off anywhere you like on this 45 mile stretch of canal that joins the West of Bangkok to the East of Bangkok.

What i enjoy looking at most is the houses the modern ones down to the abandon ones they always intrigue me and sometimes ever though they may look abandon you will find people are still living them like this one this elderly Thai women was out of her little mixed corrugated iron wooden house hanging some cloths out on the walkway railing.

There are many of the more traditional Thai two story wooden houses along the canal some in great order and others that have just been neglected but still have people living in them.
