A beautiful and sublime Sunday with flowers

A beautiful and sublime Sunday with flowers

For this post I will share a few shots of flowers, for no ther reason than I have taken many photos of flowers since they started blooming and felt like sharing some

But that said this post will cover two challenges
Beautiful Sunday By @ace108,
Who can deny the beauty of flowers and how seeing them blooming and so colorful isnt a thing of beauty

and
Sublime Sunday, created by @c0ff33a,
Sublime because of the lovely and not so subtle colors of nature.

Now I know that most of these flowers are roses, but this first one which as someone described in a post recently is like natures fireworks but I do not know what it is called

At the time I took this photo I did not notice the fly on the leave behind this rose, I was more focuse don the lovely subtle colors of the rose and the water drops after rain earlier that day

Speaking of water drops I had to get up close and personal with this rose to look closely at all the water drops on this one

The water drops on the previous photo were natural, after a rain shower, but the drops in the next shot I will admit are not, I carry a little water spritzer bottle thingy in my camera bag at this time of year and sometimes either A do my bit to help water these beautiful flowers or B the real reason I love water drops on flowers and sometimes if it is sunny when I see the flowers and there are no drops get out the bottle and give a few sprays of water onto the flower

And finishing of with this rose which I just loved the colors of

And that’s all folks

Great photos! In my opinion, the flower on the top photo is a decorative onion, its other name is allium.

Thanks for the info It does look kind of like an onion :)

Thanks for the inspiration Jay @tattoodjay, I followed your lead
And created a post from eSteem using the #sublimesunday
Tag. I hope I got it all right.

Yes you got it right i just saw your post :)

Yes, sometimes you don't know what gets into your photo until you review it later.
Sometimes, even after someone look at it and tell you.

Yes indeed, sometimes it is not something you want to find other times a real bonus :)

Holy Mike. Those are beautiful, and I don't mean maybe. That last one actually looks like the sunlight is shining through it! That's incredible.

Professional's trick: Carry a spritzer bottle. Pretty cool. The fly on the leaf reminds me of a moon over the Vermillion Cliffs (Sorta Grand Canyon). Honest to God it wasn't part of my composition, but it ended up being a huge part.

Thaks I was quite happy with these shots I am normally quite hard on myself, I am not sure if its a professional tip but a tip one amateur passed onto another AKA me ;)

Its cool when you take a shot and then look at it and find you have a little bonus :)

These are gorgeous Jay! I don't know what that first one is either but it is very pretty! My favorite is the third photo with all the raindrops..beautiful!! 💖

Thanks and no worries about the name of the first one if someone told me I would forget it not long after LOL

You are welcome Jay and lol...you sound like me...I'm a bit forgetful too! 😉

:) and forgot what LOL Just kidding my memory is still good for numbers but not so much for name s

They are all gorgeous photos Jay. Especially the ones kissed by the rain.

Thanks for the visit and so kind of you to say :)

These flowers are beautiful!! Thanks for explaining because I already started to think why the drops on the red rose looks like tiny snow flakes... Hahaha. Now I know it's man made!

Thanks I didnt want to deceive people thinking we had weird rain LOL

That's very kind of you.

NOt sure about kind just the way I am :)

Stunning photos @tattodjay with fabulous colour and detail. Love every one of them.

Thaks so kind of you to say :)
