Housefly With Full Abdomen

A housefly (Musca domestica), its abdomen full of red liquid. I don't know what it is, but it's very possible that it was sucking the blood of another beast. While the proboscis occasionally emits bubbles like a water balloon. When I approached to take its picture, it didn't move from its place at all. I know it was full, its abdomen feels heavy to fly.
