कोई कहे संग्राम है,
कोई कहे आराम है।
कोई कहे ये संघर्ष है,
कोई कहे ये आरम्भ है।

कोई इससे हताश है,
कोई इससे निराश है।
कोई इसमें लीन है,
कोई इससे विरक्त है।

कोई कहे ये खोज है,
कोई कहे ये बोध है।
कोई कहे ये वरदान है,
कोई कहे ये अभिशाप है।

कोई कहे बागान है,
कोई कहे वीरान है।
कोई कहे ये धोखा है,
कोई कहे ये तोहफ़ा है।

कोई कहे ये मौका है,
कोई कहे ये सौदा है।

जीवन इसका नाम है,
कितने इसके आयाम हैं।
अनेक इसके रूप हैं,
छाँव कहीं तो धूप है।।

Explanation
There are more than 8 billion people on Earth. The meaning of life is different for everyone. Everyone has a different attitude towards life. For someone, life is a battlefield and you have to win somehow, and for another person, the meaning of life is love and peace. Someone has no regrets in his or her life, but on the other side, someone is not satisfied with his or her life. Life is a chance, and for someone, life is a fraud. For someone, life is a precious gift of God, and for someone, life is a method of punishment from God. For someone, life is discovery, and for someone, life is mystery. For someone, life is struggle, and on the other side, for someone, life is just rest. For someone, life is a book. Someone says that the meaning of life is nothing. What you achieve in your life depends on your attitude towards life.
