Chicken Mandi at Home.
Hello friends,
Today I want to share our homemade Chicken Mandi with you. We made this mandi at home and it was very tasty and full of aroma.
Mandi is a popular rice and chicken dish. It is very famous in Arab countries. The rice is long, soft and full of flavor. The chicken is juicy and well cooked.
Ingredients We Used
Basmati rice
Chicken legs
Onion
Garlic
Ginger
Cooking oil
Salt
Spices
Water
First, we washed the rice and soaked it in water for some time.
Then we cleaned the chicken and added spices, salt, ginger, and garlic. We cooked the chicken until it became soft and golden in color in hot water or on steam.
After that, we cooked the rice with whole spices and chicken stock. When the rice was almost ready, we placed the chicken on top of the rice. We covered the pot and cooked it on low flame. This helps the rice and chicken mix their flavors well.
The mandi was very delicious. The rice was soft and yummy. The chicken was juicy and tasty. Everyone in the family enjoyed this meal together. Making mandi at home is not very hard. With simple ingredients and little patience, we can enjoy restaurant-style food at home. I hope you will like my blog.
