A Simple Yet Delicious Fish Fry
Today I went to the market and bought 2 kg of fresh fish. After coming home, my beloved wife washed the fish very carefully and kept it aside to dry. After some time, she prepared a tasty marinade using ginger garlic paste, simple spices, and gram flour (besan).
She applied this mixture nicely on the fish and left it to marinate for about 2 to 3 hours so that all the flavors could go inside. Later, she deep fried the fish until it turned golden and crispy. The aroma filled the whole house and made everyone hungry.
When it was served, the fish looked very tempting and fresh. The taste was amazing, crispy on the outside and soft from inside. Every bite was full of flavor and love. We enjoyed the meal together and felt very happy. I also took some pictures of the delicious fish and I am sharing them with you.
