Chicken Creamy Karahi
Good Day Everyone!
This afternoon we enjoyed a very delicious beef creamy achari karhai for lunch. I went out and bought 1 kg of fresh beef, and we decided to cook this special dish at home. My wife started all the preparations with care. She washed the beef properly, cut the onions and green chilies, and arranged all the ingredients on the kitchen counter.
Then she put the beef in the pressure cooker, added some water and all the required spices, and let it tender nicely. After that, she cooked the creamy achari karhai, and the aroma filled the whole house. While she was finishing the dish, I went out again to buy fresh tandoori naan.
When everything was ready, we all sat together and enjoyed the meal very much. The taste was amazing, and I even took some pictures to remember the moment and share with you.

Sounds absolutely delicious. I think your wife is a culinary queen. The way she carefully prepared the koftay with all the spices and ingredients and then cooked them to perfection in a rich gravy, must have made it a truly special meal. The fact that you all got to sit together and enjoy it with fresh roti makes it an even more lovely experience. Did your wife use any secret ingredients or spices that made the koftay extra flavorful?
