Homemade Beef Koftay
Good Day Everyone!
Today I enjoyed delicious beef koftay, and the meal felt very special. In the morning, I went to the shop and bought 1 kg of fresh qeema. When I came home, I handed it to my wife, and she immediately started preparing all the ingredients.
She mixed the qeema with spices, chopped onions, green chilies, fresh coriander, and a little ginger-garlic to make the koftay soft and full of flavor. She shaped each meatball carefully so they would not break while cooking.
Then she cooked them slowly in a thick, rich gravy, letting all the spices blend nicely. The smell filled the whole house and made everyone hungry. After the gravy was perfect, she garnished the dish with fresh coriander. We all sat together and enjoyed the hot beef koftay with fresh roti. The taste was amazing, and it felt like a warm homemade meal prepared with love and care.
