Lunch with steam Chicken Pulao
Good Day Everyone!
Today for lunch, I enjoyed steam chicken pulao with my family. To try this new recipe, I bought chicken leg pieces, lemons, and yogurt from the bazar, while all other ingredients were already available at home. First, my wife made small cuts on the chicken pieces and washed them with vinegar and water.
Then she prepared a marinade using yogurt, turmeric powder, salt, red chili flakes, lemon juice, chat masala, garam masala, zeera powder, ginger garlic paste, chicken masala, and chicken tikka masala. She coated the chicken with this mixture and let it marinate for two hours. Meanwhile, she washed the rice, sliced onions, and started cooking the pulao.
On the side, she steamed the chicken using a steamer for about 25 minutes and then lightly roasted it. The whole dish was ready in 2 to 3 hours and served with shami kabab and yogurt raita. We all enjoyed it very much, and I captured some clips to share with you.
