Today is Friday, 16 January 2026. The weather is very cold and there is fog everywhere. Today I am sharing with you the recipe of carrot halwa.
For this, I went to the market and bought fresh red carrots. I brought the carrots home, washed them well, and peeled them. After cleaning, I crushed the carrots using a crusher. Then I added milk to the crushed carrots and started cooking them on the stove.
I cooked them until the milk dried and turned into khoya, and the carrots became soft and mixed well together. After that, I added desi ghee and then added sugar. After adding sugar, I cooked it until all the water completely dried.
Now the delicious carrot halwa is ready. I took it out in a bowl and sprinkled finely ground almonds, pistachios, and cashews on top. This made the halwa more beautiful and tastier.
