Chicken Jalfrezi - 10% beneficiary to @beautycreativity

Today is 29th of January,2026. Its Thursday. Your friend is present with another delicious recipe Of chicken jalfrezi. Which is liked very much in subcontinent,also many other parts of the world. Today when I came back home from duty I was feeling very hunger. I decided to make chicken jalfrezi because it has been liked by me since my childhood.Chicken jalfrezi is a quick, spicy stir-fry style curry. Here’s an easy, home-style recipe you can follow.
Here are the ingredients that I needed to make chicken jalfrezi.
500 g chicken (boneless or bone-in, cut into pieces)
3 tbsp oil
1 large onion (thickly sliced)
1 green bell pepper (capsicum), sliced
1 tomato, sliced or ½ cup tomato puree
1–2 green chilies (slit)
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
Spices
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Optional
2 tbsp ketchup (restaurant style flavor)
Fresh coriander leaves
Lemon juice.
I Heated oil in a pan on medium flame.
Added cumin seeds and let them crackle.
Added onions and sauté until lightly golden.
Then Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and Cooked until fragrant (about 1 minute).
I put chicken pieces and stir-fry on high heat for 4–5 minutes until sealed. Lower heat and added turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt and mix well.Cooked it until oil starts separating from chicken.It should stay slightly crunchy then Stir in garam masala and ketchup
Cook for two more minutes. Finish with fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice.
