Chicken pulao - 10% beneficiary to @beauty creativity

Today is Thursday, 2nd, April 2026. The sky is full of dark clouds, there is thunder, and strong winds are blowing. The weather is very pleasant.
So, at home we made a plan to cook pulao for lunch. I was given the task of preparing it. First, I checked everything and gathered the ingredients: rice, chicken, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and other spices.
I soaked the rice in water. Then I chopped the onions and fried them in cooking oil until they turned light brown. After that, I added ginger, garlic, and tomato paste. I cooked it for a while, then added the chicken and fried it well

When the chicken was almost cooked, I added red chili, salt according to taste, black pepper, cumin, biryani spices, bay leaves, tamarind, and dried plums. Then I added water according to the rice. There was about 1.5 kg rice, so I added around 2.5 kg water.
After cooking for some time, I put the rice on low heat (dum) for 15 minutes. When I opened the lid, delicious and aromatic chicken pulao was ready.
We all ate it happily with mint raita, and everyone really enjoyed the meal.
