Today is Tuesday, March 24, 2026. It was a pleasant day. Today was the first working day after Eid-ul-Fitr. When I came back home from duty, I found that chickpea rice had been cooked, along with pumpkin and yogurt raita.

The raita included mint, green chili, fresh coriander, cumin, black pepper, and other ingredients like finely chopped tomato and onion.
Both the rice and the raita tasted very delicious. I was a little hungry after coming back from duty, so when I entered the house and heard that chickpea rice and raita were prepared, I felt very happy. I ate both with great enjoyment. My family members and I all sat together and enjoyed the meal.
This combination of rice and raita is very good. I suggest you also try eating raita with rice—it has a unique and tasty flavor. It is also easy to digest and full of nutrients. For a light hunger, it can fulfill the body’s nutritional needs. If you drink a cold drink with it, it makes the experience even better.
