Food for iftar - 10% beneficiary to @beauty creativity

Today is Friday, 20 February 2026. It is the second day of Ramadan, and today is the second fast. We are preparing food for iftar.
I planned to make dahi bhallay, pakoras, and fruit chaat. I want to share the recipes with you.
First, for dahi bhallay, we need gram flour fritters, onion, potato, yogurt, and green chutney. The potatoes and fritters were boiled. The onion was chopped finely and mixed in the yogurt. Then the boiled potatoes and fritters were cut and added to the yogurt. Green chutney made from mint was also added. A little chaat masala was sprinkled on top.
For pakoras, potatoes, onion, and dried pomegranate seeds were mixed with gram flour. Salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, green chilies, spinach, and fenugreek were added. Everything was mixed well to make a batter. Then the pakoras were fried in hot cooking oil. When they became light brown and cooked inside, they were taken out. Crispy and tasty pakoras were ready.
For fruit chaat, banana, apple, melon, grapes, and pomegranate were cut and mixed with cream. Chaat masala was sprinkled on top.
