Goat legs (paay) recipe - 10% beneficiary to @beautycreativity

Well come to all BOC community admin, quality controller, chief executive and all other members. Hope you will be enjoying a good time . I'm also good at home.
You will be busy in your good work staying at home or work place.
I am sharing with you my today's activities. It is wednesday 10th of December. I went to the bazar, passed by a butcher's shop who was salatring a goat. Because the weather is dry and cold so I decided to cook goat legs (paay). I bought the legs of goat. Brought them at home,burn the hairs on the stove, removed all the hairs carefully with knife. Hoofs were removed. I cut All legs in to pieces, washed them nicely . Then I put them in pressure cooker with onions, red chilli,blach paper, green chilli, salt, ginger. Garlic powder, haldi and salt. Gave it pressure for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the cooker's lid removed. I poured some cooking oil in it also added tomato, and
Paya masala. Cooked it in the cooking oil for 15 minutes more. It's fragrance was amazing.
The paya s were ready, full of creamy liquid, full of energy and protein.
It's taste was wonderful, delicious and natural. Because no artificial flavour was added in it. This experience was really interesting and joyful.
Friends try this activity at home you will feel better with this full of energy food.
