Well come to all BOC community admin, quality controller, chief executive and all other members. Hope you will be enjoying a good time . I'm also good at home .
Today is 28 March 2026, and it’s Saturday. Since it’s a holiday, I planned to make a sweet dish at home. Today I’m going to share the full recipe and method with you.
First, I took 1 kg of black chickpeas and roasted them well with salt. Then I ground them into a fine powder and sieved it.

Separately, I lightly roasted and ground fennel seeds, almonds, cashews, pistachios, and green cardamom.
Then I ground rock sugar (misri) and made a sugar syrup from it. I added about 250 grams of desi ghee to the syrup. When the syrup was ready, I added the chickpea powder and the dry fruits mixture, and cooked it well.
After that, I boiled 2 kg of milk until it became thick (like khoya). Then I added the prepared chickpea and dry fruit mixture into this thick milk and cooked it for a while.
Finally, I removed it from the stove and garnished it with pistachios, almonds, and cashews.
In this way, a delicious sweet dish is ready. It is full of nutrition and energy. It tastes great with breakfast or evening tea.
