Today is 2nd January 2026, the second day of the New Year and a blessed Friday. I pray that the New Year brings lots of happiness, peace, and prosperity for all of you.
The weather today is extremely pleasant. A cool breeze is blowing, and the sky is covered with dark clouds. In the morning, there was dense fog, which has now cleared, and gentle sunlight has appeared. The temperature is around 8 to 9 degrees, making the weather even more enjoyable.
After offering Friday prayers, a thought came to my mind—why not grill the fish that has been lying in the fridge?
So, upon returning home, I took out the fish. I lightly dry-roasted different types of whole spices on a pan, coarsely ground them, mixed in gram flour, and thoroughly coated the fish with this spice mixture. I then left it to marinate for a while.
After that, I placed the fish in a special grilling clamp and started grilling it over a charcoal brazier. While grilling, I gently brushed the fish with cooking oil from time to time. After a short while, the fish turned a beautiful light brown color and was fully cooked from the inside.
Finally, I removed it from the grill, squeezed some lemon over it, and served it. All the family members enjoyed it with great enthusiasm. A perfectly crispy, flavorful, and delicious grilled fish was prepared.
