Vegetable biryani - 10% beneficiary to @beautycreativity

(السلام علیکم.) Greetings!
Today is the 3rd of January, the third day of the year 2026. The weather is extremely cold and foggy. In such conditions, a thought came to my mind: why not cook vegetable biryani according to the weather? So, I made a plan to prepare vegetable biryani.
First of all, I thoroughly washed Kainat Rice (515 brand) and soaked it in water. On the other side, I lightly browned the onions in cooking oil, then added ginger, tomatoes, and other spices, including biryani masala, salt, green chilies, mint, and lemon, and gave it a good tempering. After that, I added water according to the quantity of rice and cooked the vegetables until tender. Then I added the soaked rice to it.
After cooking for a while, the rice was put on dum (steam). After 15 minutes, when the lid was opened, an extremely delicious and flavorful vegetable biryani was ready. It was eaten with great enjoyment, and all the family members enjoyed it very much.
I hope you will also try making such dishes at home. If raita and salad are served along with it, the taste becomes even better.
