Friends, this is the data of the post. Which I am sharing with you .Today is 21st of January 2026. It is Wednesday evening. When I returned back home from duty.I was feeling a little hunger. So I decided to make vegetable biryani. Today I am going to share with you the recipe of the said biryani.
For this I Wash and soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.
Then I Boiled rice with whole spices and salt till 70% cooked; drain.
Fry sliced onions in oil + ghee till golden.
I Added ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, and tomatoes; cooked well.
Now I Added spices and mixed vegetables cabbage , peas, carrots, potato, lemon and meat then cooked for few minutes. Also Added curd, mint, coriander, chicken cube, imli ,china salt and cooked till veggies are almost done.
Layer rice over vegetable masala.
Added saffron milk / rose water and little ghee.
Covered and cooked on low flame (dum) for 15–20 minutes.
Mixed gently and served hot with raita and fresh salad . Delicious and tasty vegetables biryani is ready. Friends I would suggest making this kind of biryani at home, particularly in the winter season. It is a unique gift of cool weather. I hope you will like today's recipe and encourage me.
