Flower Photography (Bougainvillea Flower)
Hello dear all friends and steemians. How are you all??? Hope you all are doing well and enjoying your Eid with your family and relatives. I'm also doing well and happy with the blessings of Allah Almighty. Today when I wake up in the morning I saw that beautiful flowers were blooming in my garden. So I would like to share some beautiful flowers photography with you.
This is a variegated Bougainvillea, specifically a variety of Bougainvillea spectabilis or Bougainvillea glabra with variegated leaves.
Leaves: Green with creamy-yellow patches this is called variegation
Color: Bright pink/magenta bracts (the paper-like parts)
Center: Small white true flower inside the pink bract
Growth: Climbing, spreading shrub
Common Name; Variegated Pink Bougainvillea while sometimes called “Variegata Bougainvillea”
Exact cultivar identification is tricky without nursery labeling, but it definitely belongs to the variegated Bougainvillea group.
The images beautifully capture the delicate charm of the Bougainvillea—a plant known for its vibrant colors, resilience, and ability to transform ordinary spaces into lively, natural artwork.
In the first image, a hand gently holds a single pink bract of Bougainvillea. What appears to be a flower is actually a thin, paper-like bract surrounding the true flower—a tiny white bloom at its center.
