Have you ever seen these two stars on sky usually when dusk appears ,these are actually Venus and Jupiter.
It seems like they are coming closer to each other but they aren't really coming close together and Venus is actually passing between us (Earth) and Jupiter, even though it is closer to the Sun than Earth and Jupiter is farther away, part of the wonderful ballet that is our solar system.
