How to create the perfect Squiggly eyebrows

To create a squiggly look, first use Elmer's glue to flatten brow hair, and then applied concealer on top to 'erase' your brows.

Next, drew squiggly lines on top of the area with a combination of gel eyeliner and brow pomade.

Use a lighter concealer to sharpen/give a clean finish then blend with finger.
