How to stay young healthy and happy!

Hello my steemit friends!! I want to share with you this absolutely incredible face massage. A while ago I noticed that my skin doesn't look as fresh and lifted as before. So I started to search and I found this video . I've been doing it almost a month and actually I see an amazing results! So please resteem it when you will see yours;)
Some of my personal tips. I do it before I go to sleep , clean face is a must( no make up) . Also I use organic serum( just few drops) and finish with a hot towel . Stay young and happy :-)
