Hello Steemians,

Welcome to the very first week of the Before & After Challenge, a multi-week contest dedicated to celebrating personal transformations through authentic stories and original photographs.

Throughout this series, each week will focus on a different type of transformation, allowing everyone to participate according to their interests and experiences. Whether you enjoy DIY projects, gardening, cooking, technology, art, or personal development, there will be a theme for you in the coming weeks.

For this first edition, we begin with something that most of us experience in our daily lives: improving our living environment.

Our homes evolve continuously. We renovate rooms, redecorate spaces, repair old furniture, reorganize our offices, clean neglected areas, and create more comfortable places to live. Even small changes can make a remarkable difference, and this week's challenge is an opportunity to share those transformations with the Steemit community.

WEEK 1 THEME

Home & Living Transformation

Show us a transformation related to your home or living space.

Your publication may present one of the following examples:

• Renovating a bedroom.
• Transforming a kitchen.
• Redecorating a living room.
• Restoring old furniture.
• Organizing your workspace.
• Building shelves or storage.
• Cleaning and reorganizing a room.
• Improving a balcony or terrace.
• Creating a reading corner.
• Any other home improvement project.

Your goal is to tell the complete story behind your project, from its initial condition to its final result.

CONTEST GUIDELINES

Your article should include:

• At least one "Before" photograph.
• At least one "After" photograph.
• Additional photographs showing the different stages of your work whenever possible.
• A detailed explanation of your project, including your motivation, the steps you followed, the difficulties you encountered, and the final outcome.
• A minimum of 350 words.

Remember that this challenge is designed to inspire others by sharing authentic experiences rather than perfect results.

CONTEST RULES

• The title of your submission should be "Before & After Challenge - Week 1 | Home & Living Transformation".
• Every Steemit user may participate.
• Only original photographs are accepted.
• AI-generated images are not allowed.
• Your publication must be plagiarism-free.
