The Diary Game: 7.1.2026| A Busy Day

^{Going to the market}

Hey! Guys am sorry it’s been a while, how are y’all doing. So today after finishing up my duties at home which sweeping, cleaning and cooking. I had my bath and a snappy breakfast before going to the market to get stuffs. The road was busy, the market I went to was one of the known market in the eastern part of Nigeria known as “ariaria international market. The market is know for it commercial activity and different varieties. I picked a motorcycle from my house to the junction where I’ll board tricycle to the market. I asked my cousin to come with me so it’ll be easier and fun at the same time.

It’s been a while I went to the market, so today when I went there I noticed new establishment. One of the establishment was a newly built plaza. In the plaza they’re different rooms for different goods, owned by different people. There is where clothings are sold, boxes and many other things. It’s a very big beautiful building but not all the rooms in the building have been occupied by business people. One day I’ll own one there for a business too.

On my way back home I bought few ingredients for cooking soup. When I reached home after resting got few minutes, I entered the kitchen to prepare soup, the name of the soup is egusi also known as melon soup. The soup was for lunch, after I prepared the soup my younger sibling made pounded yam which would be eaten with the soup.

After eating, I went to take a nap. When I woke up it was already evening, I went to the sitting room and I met my sibling watching tv. I joined them in watching, it was a nice movie. After a while I picked up my phone to charge, then took my diary to write down some things about my day, I went to the kitchen to boil water to have my night bath. After bathing I laid down pressing my phone till I slept off. Till next time
