honestly they are completely unrelated so I doubt it. I think a more appropriate question would be "can bitcoin cash top bitcoin" or "can litecoin top bitcoin" because bitcoin is a coin whereas eth is a token. one serves solely as an intangible encrypted digital currency whereas the other is the same + comes with a product or service attached like a stock that can be spent/bought/sold as well.
