I see tokens as analogous to company stocks so, one to reel in investments and second to express or reflect the future value of your idea today. I wouldn't use it as a medium of exchange bitcoin and ether are far better for that I think.

In the other side, creating a token is also branding yourself, its up to how it gonna works!
