BTC Dominance as you have noticed is under 40% of the market this week, for the first time ever and the corrections this week have cost the Crypto market ~ $16B in market cap.
The charts show that after an entire week almost of failing to break the $4k resistance and flirting with it all week around $3950 and literally hovering at $3999 for what seemed like days... finally the $4k mark was breached before midnight June 10, EST as the charts show roughly 11:10 pm EST - so that means it was still June 10th, 2017 in the EST --- but the UTC time many use for a standard -- is ahead of us a few hours.

Bitcoin like many Crypto's recover and bounce back now the last few months, quicker than ever -- as we see again this past few days. These pull backs and dips and corrections are NOT crashes I say all the time.
We have had another fun ride in the markets, we see these ups and downs and nutty things as the price is trying to find itself day to day, and that likely has a lot to do with all the NEW PEOPLE AND MONEY coming into the space and like people trying to find their way, so the price is doing the same.
Said this before many times, -- dips / corrections are not crashes - remain calm but do your research. Use your charts.
Here's the $USD 1 month chart below, on the Poloniex exchange. Gains bro! New ATH range again days ago at $2300 $USD.
Broke the $2k mark for the first time ever just recently. In the last few hours it is still hanging around the $2300 mark right - and is now.
The high for today is in the $2500 range USD - which is down.

It's almost ridiculous now watching this stuff shoot straight. to. the. moooon. Every day, all day!
Trend: Generally, the spread between the lows and the highs seems to be narrowing which means the highs stay high but the LOWS are also higher, so the resistance lines and larger price corrections are leaving, presumably stabilizing the currency and supporting the price and increases.

After a year of scary swings, I would lose faith after losing .3 BTC in a correction. Now I see swings of 1BTC or more in my account and yawn. It really is not a crash. Can't wait until the moon comes out from behind the clouds!

I GUess though at this time it’s perfect for new investors to jump in. I’ve been trying to buy Bitcoin but the price has been to high. I was gutted after seeing it consistently rise. Now I can finally start buying btc and I can only buy hope my return pays for my education!
Always keep in mind you can buy $20 or 50 of crypto anytime you want, you do not want to get caught in the trap of not buying because you cannot get a whole coin of something.
A smart way to invest in this or other stuff is DCA method -- dollar cost averaging -- just buy $___x____ amount every week or month.

Just heard 40% dip over the next five years for the Toronto housing market.
The market has needed a correction for awhile now, I am east of that market but it is crazy here, because we are 45 mins to Toronto downtown, so the prices have climbed huge here w the Toronto money.
Don't believe everything you read either and always consider the SOURCE.

I agree, jsnip4 (realist news) read the artical and with home capital basicly crashing I have to believe a fairly big correction is in order unfortunately. The US housing prices are ridiculous to say the least and Im waiting for that correction here as well. If you look right on Zillow half of nyc is in forclosure, among many other popular cities. Its not going to be pretty. This is all one big unsustainable mess.
