Move them to a decentralised exchange such as Bitshares ? I agree we are still waiting for our first major exchange hack which wipes out everyone's coins
I'm stuck in the mempool for days. Purple Zone. Exchange withdrawal.
If you cannot send BTC with very high fee,
it will likely get stuck.
