Bitcoin Now Crushes Paypal - Music To My Ears
As you might be aware Paypal shut my account down this year at 4am on New years day. On how kind of Paypal after working with them for 15 years. No reason and no feedback what so ever and it was not just me. Thousands ended up getting their account limited or simply removed with no warning or reason given.
When I saw the news today of Bitcoin producing more sales then Paypal I knew my prayers had been answered and that this shady turned crap company called Paypal was now on its last leg.
Bitcoin surpassed Paypal in yearly transactions by a massive $1.3 TRILLION dollars in transaction volume.
Best part ?
These people saved thousands if not close to a million dollars using Bitcoin instead of Paypal because of the high transaction costs paypal charges. Which is $0.30 per transaction plus about a 3.1% fee on top of that.
I highly expect a massive jump this year 2019 in volume due to the massive adoption of lightning network which is helping to really pave the way for lost cost, fast if not instant transactions between people.
The only next thing to look out for is Facebooks Stable coin. If launched with conjunction of WhatsApp they recently acquired it could be the most used coin ever.
The ability for merchants to setup their own nodes and payment solutions is becoming easier and will make adoption grow more once the efficiencies go mainstream!

And happy to hear that BitCoin volume was higher. :)
My accounts at PayPal where also permanently limited between December 19th and 28th. Their way of saying Merry Christmas I suppose. :P
Then they did the same again for 3 days early February.
I got my PayPal account back both times and wrote about how at https://FrankBauer.name .... but theirs days truly seem numbered.
Crypto will help use wipe fiat, central banks and old fashioned banks of the surface of this planet.... at least I hope so. :)

Only the beginning my friend. They are at different stages of the life cycle and bitcoin is only starting. Lightening network is great to see and going forward should be the first of many additions to make a better system.
