Why the government is scared of bitcoin
I whole heartedly believe that bitcoin is under scrutiny because if cryptocurrency takes off then the government loses control of US citizens. The american dollar has enslaved people for hundreds of years. The dollar will be absolutely worthless therefore the financial hold that the government has on each and every one of us will completely collapse. Goodbye greedy banking institutions, goodbye slavery!

The government needs our money and the taxes we pay to keep running. Without the money they borrow from us each year (taxes) everything would fall apart. People are so happy when they get that nice return back at the beginning of the year. THIS IS YOUR MONEY!!!! Im sorry but am I the only one who gets mad when they look at their check? I mean come on I work my ass off for me and my family not for the greedy government who wants to put their hand in every pocket they can. Hence the entitlement that they apparently have to bitcoin.

Crypto is an anarchist's dream.
I get where you are coming from and respect your opinion. Unregulated currency seems scary...the governement will never allow it to continue but im just making a point that the government is greedy and and they want nothing to do with crypto because they always want to control their puppets.
I'm not saying that out of fear, but out of excitement! I'm an anarchist, and I'm down with any market options that make the government even more irrelevant. :)
Ah ok gotcha, I respect both sides of opinion really, I for one know exactly why the government and banks are trying to kill crypto and the blockchain. I feel that we need to continue to support crypto and anonymity and push forward. Time for us citizens to take back the country and control.
