A few thoughts on the "probable nefarious activity.". Cash is even moreso anonymous, being it's not tracked or on a block chain. To convert cash or Bitcoin into a number at a bank requires similar identification verification, so I don't believe there would be any notable bump in criminal activity. Good write, btw. Steem on!
